Lost our reservation!!. We rented a limo to go to Napa for an 8 hour tour. We made our reservation a month ahead of time to avoid the prom rush and even called to confirm a week after the reservation was made, plus put a down payment of $100 down. When the time came for us to leave, the limo never showed up. We called the company and they said that they had no record of our reservation and since it was prom, there was nothing they could do. We eventually got them to pick us up for a 5 hour tour of Sonoma instead of Napa and got it for half price. However, when the limo driver came, he was disgruntled and spoke to us like we were children even though most of us were in our late 20s, early 30s. We only got to see 3 wineries in a rushed manner and did not enjoy the limo ride because our driver was grumpy. Two thumbs down.

Napa wine tour. This was a very enjoyable ride with all the amenities and then some. A wonderful experience specially for someone from out of state to have a local tour guide as a driver.
