Most of my customers who go to the Marina pet hospital come in and tell me their horror stories they experienced. A lost cat was taken in by one customer with a broken foot and they witnessed the receptionist throw it down on the ground. Another customer brought their younger bull-dog in because it had a huge tumor growing on his side; they sent the dog away as if there was no problem! Me personally, I called whebn my cat was having worms. The rude receptionist wanted to send me through loops and delay the immediate attention that my cat needed. (I went to Nob Hill cat clinic and they handled it the same day.) If you are still unsure after reading this review....go ahead, call the Marina Pet Hospital and discover how callous and cold they are from they minute they pick up the phone. Trust me. This is no place for your beloved animal.
the vets were like sales men. I gave it a try and found that a lot of un nessisary charges were pushed upon us when we had our puppy. it being our first dog initially fell for these extras, but when talking with other dog owners found that they were completly unnessiasary and a waste of money. I highly recommened finding a little neighborhood vet that doesn't act like pushy salesmen.
Romeo's Hospital. Out of all the other hospitals I tried calling, this place seems to care more about my pet than I do! Even BEFORE I had a chance to go there. Other vets seem too busy or insensitive about my pet. Other vets giving me a 'either-make-the appointment-or-hang-up' type of attitude. When I took Romeo to this place, the doctor seemed very careful with him and showed him the upmost affection...
