Incredible Tech Services.
NetTech is simply fabulous.
We are a small business and had gone with a different vendor due to some really hard-sell sales pitches. We ended up buying a new server based on their recommendations. During the install, they completely screwed up our data and our email was down for a week.
Finally I called back Mark at NetTech who we have known for almost 10 years. He was VERY cool about our having purchased stuff from another vendor, and just smiled a bit empathically when I told him about our problems.
Bottom line - He had our data back on-line within 2 hours and our email up by the end of the day with everything restored. These guys are PROs!
