Very Bad Experience. I have a two bedroom apartment and hired two people to clean my house for two hours. When I got home, not much work had been done. The floors weren't swept or vacuumed, for example. I could have done what they did by myself in less than an hour. Management was rude and unresponsive when I called, as well. Very expensive, for the service I received.
Bad service, rude customer service, overcharged. The cleaning people arrived without the necessary equipment to do the job. They first asked us if we had any cleaning equipment and then asked us to use our step ladder. We did not let them use our cleaning supplies but we did let them use the step ladder. They were here for 2 1/2 hours and charged us more than double for two people. The place was supposed to be cleaned to allow a new tenant to move in. I entered the apartment a few days later I found I had to clean the cealings with a rag because they had not dusted the cob webs off. Also, they did not touch the wall behind the stove. We found we had to clean the apartment from top to bottom ourselves and found debris in the cabinets. I had to mop under the stove, which was very easy to move as it is a small stove and attached to a flexible protective hose. We tried to talk with the management and left three messages. They did not call back. I called early in the morning and finally was able to talk with someone who then told us she had spoken to her manager and that we should have called back the same day because "someone else could have missed the place up." They are not recommended in any way or form. We are now in the process of disputing the fee.

I was surprised to see the three negative reviews. I've had two separate crews work at my house and find that they did very thorough jobs although my requirements are limited to cleaning kitchen and bathroom. The only problem with the second crew, which I have now, is that they do not speak English, but we manage to get through to each other. As for service, they always call if there is going to be a change of time [occasionally necessary] and have accomodated me when I ahve to change times. I've had a time or two when no one answered but they have an answering machine now, so that isn't a problem as they get back to you soon.
Anyway, maybe they've straightened out their act - the price is totally within the range of other services
Unprofessional & Rude. My spouse and I made an appointment to have them clean our kitchen and bathrooms. We requested that they call us a day ahead of time to confirm the appointment. No call. We had an emergency situation (child ill, had to take to doctor) that day and had to call to cancel appointment. My spouse called them six times before someone picked up the phone. After explaining the situation to them, the person talking to my spouse accused us of "getting another person to do the work." Needless to say we will never call them to do any work of any kind due to their unprofessionalism and rudeness.
Horrible. I have never had such a terrible experience with a cleaning service. Not only did I feel that the cleaning person did a horrible job; when I complained, I felt the management was indignant, rude, and did not offer an ounce of customer service. I WOULD NOT refer anyone to this service because of the abuse I felt I received.
Very Bad Experience. Cleaning staff did not do a thorough job. I was charged more than 2x the quoted price. I am currently being threatened in an attempt to collect the increased fees.
