Tradition. Tony cut my Dad's hair...now he cuts mine. His brother is a barber. If you like getting your hair cut by someone who takes there time, talks to you about politics, sports or local news, who uses a straight edge razor to do your sideburns and generally does a good job of cutting hair, this is the place. Lots of good conversation pictures and mementos to look at while sitting in the chair.
