In Short – This moderately priced eatery contains an endless variety of spaces in which to dine. The crowds throng for comfort food at reasonable prices. There's a bustling outdoor patio, a wooden outdoor deck upstairs, a bar perfect for single diners and a main room with an oversized fireplace. Even with all this space, it's packed with loyal locals every night of the week. – –

Okay~ I loved this place!
I stayed in San Francisco for 8 weeks while my son was in the hospital, ate at many different places, but went back to Park Chow because of its consistency. The food was not over done...it presented the flavors explained on the menu and had a cozy warm atmosphere; I ate their 8 times I believe and was very pleased...my favorite...the pork chops and the chicken dish...omg!!
Good after a visit to GG Park!

Went to Park Chow after an adventure at the California Academy of Sciences. Great spot after a visit to Golden Gate Park!
The food was pretty good, nothing superb, but pretty decent. I ordered the Yellowtail sandwich which was a bit dry but great with Tartar Sauce.
My cousin ordered one of the Pizzetes which was delicious!

Pretty place to hang out if you're hanging out in the Sunset. The prices are alright. The atmosphere is pretty and relaxing. It has a nice Sunday brunch/afternoon feel to it. Nice place ot hang out if you've just finished visiting the museums or Golden Gate park. They have nice heated lamps on their second floor. I like coming here if I want a quick dessert and drink with a friend. Good to go to if you have one of those weird afternoon dates. Park Chow is perfect for those because it's nice enough to hang out at if you like the person, fairly inexpensive in case you don't, mellow enough so that you can just grab a quick bite in case you want to make a run for it!!
Just Like Home

I love this place. It has a wonderful homey atmosphere. Nothing beats the fireplaces and tarp ceiling on the second floor. You have to order the shorts ribs... the meat falls off the bone and melt in you mouth. Not only do they have great food, it's one of the few pet friendly restaurants. There is a semi outdoor seating area where you can dine with your furry friends. They even provide water bowls on the floor. How cute is that?

we came here on a weekend night and were seated promptly. the restaurant has two floors, so there are many tables to choose from. The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. i would recommend taking advantage of their daily specials (especially the meatball sandwich.. YUMM!!). Our waitress was very attentive and helpful.... I've come to Park Chow many times and have always left happy.
- Pros: Incredible food, prompt service, very friendly staff.
