In Short – Much more casual than its famous Clement Street cousin, PPQ Dungeness Island, this low-key eatery offers a simple dining room with wood tables and a mirror along one wall. Neighborhood locals dig into more than 10 renditions of pho and hearty plates like five spices chicken over rice and roasted catfish baked in a clay pot. Menu highlights include bo tai chanh (Vietnamese carpaccio) and a papaya and beef salad that offers the perfect combination of sweet and savory.
