Great Customer Service. The staff has always taken time to look into any problem. I have actually driven into the garage with a problem and the guys fixed either fixed immediately, i.e., flats, lights, or took the time to diagnose the problem, give me scheduling options and estimates.

I have had major and minor work done on my vehicle over the years and have found pricing competitive and service well above average. All around great neighborhood asset.

There is no doubt that these mechanics get backed up at times, but I have not had an experience similar to the above writer's description.

Worst Customer Service In Town. I made an appointment for this morning. I drove over there and they were too busy to even check my car in. Getting up at 8 am is NO easy task when you come home from work at 3 am. I am beyond rage at these rude people. If they were too busy they should not have told me to bring my car in this morning. I see them as greedy pigs who want to take in as many vehicles as possible, and to hell with the schedule of the car owners.

They are an absolute disgrace.
