Great Haircut, Great Service. Hair Bank is a great find tucked away among the many Clement Street shops. Joanne gave me a great haircut for a very reasonable price with excellent service. She takes her time and makes sure your hair looks good before you leave and doesn't just shove you out the door because her next appt. is there. When I look for a salon I want a great haircut (obviously!), a reasoanble price, nice service, a nice, clean atmosphere, and a personable hairdresser. Hair Bank fits the bill!

A great find in outer Richmond.
Joanne, the owner at Hair Bank, is extremely personable and loves her work. I discovered her today after walking out of a hair salon further up the street where I was treated extremely rudely...
Check out Joanne for a good, affordable hair cut. I'm definitely going back.
