Great Rental Agency. We have rented from Jackson Group for four years and find their service and building upkeep to be outstanding. Service requests are handled quickly, they are always courteous, the buildings are kept clean, and they go out of their way to be tenant-friendly. I have recommended them to friends over the time I have rented from them, and the ones who have rented in Jackson Group buildings have all been happy with this company. Way to go!

Very poor management!. Do NOT rent an apartment that has Jackson Group as the management company. Our building is in terrible shape, although the apartments look cute. It is overrun by rodents, wood is rottting, subflooring is ruined, and there are terrible leaks in the apartments and basement and hanging wires all over the place. There is no heat. We have complained and complained for over a year and they have done almost nothing! Other people in our building have complained. Please be aware that they have multiple complaints filed against them with the city housing inspectors, who have filed complaints against their numerous code violations and that the city is sending them to abatement for this. I would say that perhaps it is just the owner of our particular building, but the housing inspector has said that this is a fairly common situation with this group.
