In Short
The Cantonese fare here has major buzz, thanks largely to Hong Kong-trained chefs who adhere to the high standards of their homeland cuisine. Among the standout dishes on the vast menu are Peking duck, delicate crystal scallops in shrimp sauce, fried prawns with walnuts and any fresh fish from the tanks. You can get dim sum here as well, but it's not conveyed on carts; you'll have to order off the menu.

I love this restaurant and have been eating here since I was a kid, but lately I have had one or two really dreadful experiences that have made me start looking for a new dim sum staple. For the price, the food can be excellent. However, some days the food is mediocre to inedible, while the service... well the second to last time I want there with three friends (none of us Chinese), we got seated on their dingey back-alley patio, and while what I assume was the manager was seating us, he grumbled something about "gwai loh" to one of the waiters, gwai loh of course being a, if not perjorative, impolite term for white folk. That was followed by nonexistant service, still bleeding beef, cold, clammy fried things that had obviously been left sitting for quite some time, and all that topped off by being overcharged. It took me a good while to be able to go back to Parc Hong Kong, but I'm still trying to find a new favorite.

This restaurant use to be a little pricey, now they have lower their prices, and amazing the food is still pretty good. They have lowered some of their Dim Sum dishes to 99 cents. Even there at dinner, they have now, a great valve set dinner menu. Starting for four at $48.00 with 8 different dishes. This is truly a real bargain. Now days with the tight economy, all of us are looking to keep budget low. I am glad that when everything is going higher, this restaurant?s price is going lower, without scarifying the food standard.. Great Job.

Yes, I agree what others said how terrible it is in this restaurant. I don't comment the service, but their integrity. The Manager, Alan Wong, is such a Liar. He is not reliable, reckless, immature. He found excuse to blame you back when you talked to him. He even played the Bad words back to insult you, and the Boss was not going to do anything even. I knew some of you don't like to stay a line for a Chinese resturant, but next time, I would not even think of this restaurant, or just pick something else instead. Don't even try this. If you Do want to get INSULTED, this is a place you go.
