Tips for Shimo Japanese Restaurant

Good neighborhood Sushi place. The only reason I'm not giving this place all 10s is because they need to hire more help. You have to go there on the right evenings - forget weekends. They've only got 2 guys at the sushi bar and they are SLAMMED! If you go earlier in the week however, you can expect excellent, fresh quality sushi with excellent service. They just need to have more waitresses on the floor and better organization for the crowd they get.
