In Short – The rickety back patio may be concrete and the kitschy sculpture fountain may not always work, but this tiny outdoor space near Land's End is still a cheerful oasis. Inside, a standup piano and a colorful array of art preside over tables strewn with books and magazines. Submarine sandwiches are toasty and filled with sprouts, avocados and a good choice of meats. Coffee drinks, cold beverages and heaps of fresh baked goods are also available.
