they will scam you AND yell at you. we called them out for an electrical issue and arrived home two hours later, they were long gone. yet when we received the bill it was for three hours!!! i had to leave messages for a week before they would return my call, and then the guy yelled at me and threatened me with a lien, and never even denied they couldnt have been there for longer than two hours!
