Very clean gym, Very friendly crowd.
this is the best gym i have ever been too. i wish there were more free weights as that area is usually a bit crowded but you can always get in.
the place is spic and span clean. the staff is always friendly and so is the rest of the members. a bunch of hotties in there as well.
the biggest bonus for me is it up the street from my work and they have parking so i am in and out
