Don't go to Dr. Lofquist!.
I was a patient of Dr. Lofquist and I will say that I think that she is not only a terrible doctor but a terrible person. I experienced a problem with my pregnancy while I was her patient, and instead of offering me advice -- or even information -- about what was going on, she was impatient, unhelpful, and unsympathetic, and made it clear that I was intruding on her busy schedule when I called her during her office hours with a few questions. I got better medical attention and advice from a nurse practitioner.
Dr. Lofquist barely takes the time to examine her patients and makes it clear that she thinks you are wasting her time. If you look her up on Yelp you will see that my experience is not the exception but, unfortunately, the norm.

Excellent Care. Dr. Lofquist is my OB/GYN, and she is one of the senior members of the practice. She is very knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. The office is extremely professional, and has a very positive environment. Although i live in the East Bay now, i still make the trip to SF so that i can see her. She delivered all of my 3 children, and i feel extremely confident that i'm getting the very best care available.
