The Best Computer Service in San Francisco. I can't say enough about Bonnie, Patrick and Don at Computer 5000. I brought them a dirty, thrashed, massively infected laptop computer [29 viruses, including the dreaded ABI trojan horse] which also needed a new keyboard. They gave me back a practically new, shiny clean and uninfected computer for a very fair price. They called me when they had a question about whether I really needed a particular service, which it turned out I didn't. Money out of thier pockets. It's clear that customer service is very important to them. Thiers is service above and beyond in my experience. I am thier customer for life. They've been at the same spot on Geary for a number of years and I hope they stay there forever. I give them an 11!
