Save yourself and STAY AWAY from this place! We bought a $4K coffee machine from these people and when it came time for servicing it, less than 8 months later, they wanted to send us away. They
supposedly didnt carry the necessary supplies to keep it clean, yet the manufacturer told us that the store is supposed to keep an entire stock of supplies.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.…

How much do I hate this place?
Oh, every time I go near my four thousand dollar f'-in coffee machine that takes so much maintenance, you'd think it's a full time job, I think to myself, "I hate Contractor's Appliance!"
Yes, they sold me on this unit, and proceeded to take my money and then give the lousiest customer service when it came time to order the most basic supplies for the unit.
They told me to log on to the website and buy the supplies there instead. I told them I don't know which supplies to buy, because the f'-in machine is so complicated. They buy it for me, but a 3 years worth of supplies.
Really, if you want to get ripped off, then go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.…
