fixed it within a couple of hours. I took it to Bay Car Stereo because it was the closest to my house and they fixed it within a couple of hours. Diagnosing the problem and replacing the door actuators came out to $200. I can now lock the driver's side door and passenger's aren't forced to climb out the window anymore, it was worth it.

one hundred percent satisfaction. Bay Car and Home Entertainment is a very helpful and knowledgeable business. I purchased a stereo system, 12" sub woofer, and amplifier for my car with one hundred percent satisfaction. Jack, not only was extremely helpful but very fair priced.

very knowledgeable. We recently had Bay Car finished our home theater. They gave us quite a few choices for the equipment selections, because they are authorized dealers for many of the brands. They are very knowledgeable and know what to use when, so we went with their recommendations.

staff there is way nice. The staff there is way nice, even when, despite my college degree, I couldn't even find the front office when I pulled up. (It's next door to the left of the garage and up the stairs. This wasn't obvious to me because that door is plastered with cell phone carrier stickers, so I dismissed it. I should've realized that it led to a floor above the garage, however. Me book smart, not real-life smart.)

would recommend his guy. Was referred to get my windows tinted for my 07 Prius. Met Jack and thought he was quite the shoe salesman. As it turns out, his installer did a good job. Glad I didn't cancel and would recommend his guy.

gave me a great deal. I came into Bay Car a few months ago because my previous window tint was dying out and my speakers were blown out. The owner Jack gave me a great price on everything. At first I wasnt sure if the window tint was gunna last since my last one did not really last at all but i have had my tints done a few months now and it is still a beauty. As for the new speakers and sub, they are truly lasting. I listen to my music loouud and they knew exactly what i needed and gave me a great deal. i seriously recommend this place.

I wouldnt think about bringing my car to any other shop. Ive been coming here for a few years now and the owner is very friendly, will sit down and discuss what you want done on your car and can put together a well priced package for you. They do just about everything with cars now, from custom fiberglass enclosure, which may I add is still holding up today, everyone who has seen it loves it and still looks amazing from day 1! that tells me they put time, effort, high quality materials and true thought into what they build. They have very knowledgeable employees who know everything about car audio/video. I wouldnt think about bringing my car to any other shop than bay car stereo.

I would definitey recommend this place!. I had a mechanical problem with my car and I wasn't sure where to go, but a friend of mine referred me to go to Bay Car Stereo. I was a bit puzzled when he told me at first, but I went anyways and wow I am happy. I talked to Jack and he's a real nice guy. As soon as he heard I had a car problem mechanically he brought me downstairs and introduced me to Dave who's the mechanic man! He pointed out the problem and explained it very well for me to understand even though I know almost nothing about cars. He gave me several options and turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought! I would definitey recommend this place!

looking foward to going back there again. I was recommened about this place from my boss, i came in there a few weeks ago because my car kept making strange noises.. I went to 3 shops previously, and no one could figure it out! i spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars!! Finally someone figured it out. Jason took me in right away, provided great service including driving me to work and picking me up after to grab my car. TUrns out i needed a new alarm, they did a great job and im looking foward to going back there again.
