These guys were very friendly and one of the few shops that not only knows that Tracker still makes trucks, but sells them. They had a lot of the Powell Classic decks in stock, and they built my board in less than an hour. Oh yeah, they also rent and sell rollerblades for those who are interested.

I have purchased boards, wheels, completes, and now my first longboard from SOH. They have always had good prices and ship quickly. Some items ship free, and they offer promotional codes to lower your purchase by 5% or 10%. It's worth your time to register your email and watch for codes or search the web for recent codes.

Previoulsy, I ordered a board for my nephew. They called to confirm the address was correct and that i had actually placed the order, which I appreciated.

I was buying a skateboard for my 12 year old son Adam, and the staff of Skates On Haight were extremely helpful! I had no idea what the difference was between skateboard parts, but Carol showed me exactly what I needed. Thanks guys!

I got recieved my board that i ordered only 3 days ago. The board is amazing quality and everything has arrived perfect. The people in the shop were extremely helpful. Overall this site is amazing and delivers top quality stuff. Thankyou so much Skates On Haight :)

Great shop. We can always can find what we want there, and if it's out of stock they can special order. Staff is helpful and friendly. They will build up your board there however you like in less then half an hour (no added fee). Nothing but good experiences, and we have bought 4 decks from there no hassle.

Came here while checking out Haight street and decided to impulsively buy a skateboard. I haven't had a skateboard in about 10 years so I really didn't know what to get. The guy that helped me (Jack, part owner), showed me a variety of skateboard decks. I got to stand on them, balance on them, and feel them out before I found one that I felt comfortable with.

After picking out the deck and design, he showed me a bunch of different things I could do to customize my board and make boarding easier.

Overall I felt very comfortable shopping here for something I knew nothing about. The end result was a sweet customized board. I've skated down a few streets and so far so good. The board I got feels like me. Thanks Jack!

Best place to buy Nor * Cal themed merchandise in the area. We ordered a few shirts that weren't in stock for a team meeting (to represent NorCal properly) and they were happy enough to order them for us for pickup a couple days later. Shop local, represent NorCal.

Awful customer service - don't order from here!. I wish I had not ordered from this company and I would give them a 0 if I could. Their shipping times are misleading (aka wrong) on their site. Things do not ship out in the 'possible' time frame indicated. Also, when I called to check the status on my order, I was told it had shipped and so they could not change the shipping address on the package. This turned out to be a lie since I did not receive a shipping notice from UPS until a day later. This was time-sensitive, and I paid for expedited shipping, otherwise a day or two would not matter. When I called later to discuss this with customer service, their rep Connie was very unhelpful and said there was 'absolutely nothing' she could do. I know for a fact that they could try to re-route the package, but she didn't want to do this because it would cost them money. What a dissappointment. Obviously in life there are bigger problems, but to avoid annoyances and being lied to, do not order from this company!!!!
