A Great Neighborhood Bar.
This is absolutely what I consider a neighborhood bar, and a very friendly one. I live in Noe Valley and I enjoy the bars there and in the Castro, but more often than not I trek over to the Haight
because Trax is really my favorite place to get a drink (or two or three). It has a great atmosphere, the greatest bartenders, a diverse crowd hanging out to have reasonably priced drinks while they converse, play pool and enjoy the music (depending on when you go, you either hear selections by a DJ, or CDs and music videos played by the bartenders).
The drink specials are some of the best in the city and make it not only a fun hangout but an affordable one!

friendliest bar in the city. This place is great! The bartenders are cute and friendly, and the drinks are cheap and chocked full of booze. Everybody seems to get along at this joint. Highly recommended.
