The Scene
The 49ers used to play at Kezar Stadium across the street, but the Kezar Pub (which still bills itself as "the home of the 49ers") doesn't play favorites during football season. Fifteen televisions and four satellites bring you ESPN2, Game Day and every single NFL game. They also show rugby, soccer and even Gaelic football (feverish fans of which will be happy to explain the rules and provide running commentary). Pool tables and dartboards offer halftime amusement.
The Draw
A full menu of typical bar grub (chicken wings, onion rings) and draft beers make this the ideal afternoon chill-out sports stop. Sundays are packed with neighborhood regulars eager for brunch and bloody mary specials.

Great pub to watch all sports, I go to watch the football and it's great. Bar staff are cool, people who watch sports are generally nice people. Need to get better tea bags though!! (Lipton just doesn't cut it!)

Kezar gets it done. There are about a billion flatscreens and they get sports feeds from all over the world. The food is kind of blah but it's just for soaking up booze anyway. I love how packs of USF girls always drop in--it really alleviates the over-testosteroned atmosphere. Love watching the warriors here.
