Great Food!.
Wow! The food here is good. I had walked by this place so many times in the past, but never bothered going in. It seemed to be empty a lot of the time. One day out of the blue, I decided to order food for delivery. I ordered the yellow curry and chix satay. It was excellent. The only drawback was the chicken in the yellow curry had some dark meat to it. The delivery service was fast also. My doorbell rang approx 20 minutes after calling in the order.
As for the chicken issue, I fixed it by requesting white meat only the next time I ordered.

For take-out or dine-in, this no-frills Thai restaurant between Haight and Cole Valley serves up spicy curries and delicious noodles..
For those craving authentic Thai cuisine, this friendly corner eatery really hits the spot. Inside, the two-tiered space is crisp and white, but on the table, color explodes in an array of rainbow-hued dishes. Appetizers range from sweet, crispy Mee Krob noodles to the tasty Bangkok Fresh Roll-- a sweet-and-sour rice paper stuffed with tofu and cucumber and topped with chilled shrimp and crab. The large selection of affordable Thai entrees (including classics like pad thai and chef recommendations like kaeng keaw wan--a spicy green curry with vegetables) will keep even the pickiest eaters happy. For dessert, try the sweet ripe mango with sticky rice and a glass of syrupy Thai iced tea.

Best Thai Food in San Francisco.
We just had lunch at Bangkok 900 and the food was even better than I remembered. All of the food was perfectly spiced and with such a delicate flavor, nothing heavy handed or greasy like other thai places. The chicken in the Yellow Curry was extremely tender and moist and the potatoes cooked to perfection. Other dishes we had included the pork with eggplant, Pad Woon Sen, and calamari with pepper and garlic (the sauce was excellent. Try this restaurant, you won't be sorry!

Over rated.
Went to Bangkok 900 based on the first review here. Apparently the reviewer works for or is affiliated with the restaurant, as the food was below average, nowhere near "the BEST Thai". In fact when I pointed out the restaurant to my son that has worked nearby (on Haight) for almost a year, he said that he had never heard anything positive about the restaurant. Keep searching.

Best Thai food in the City!.
This is BY FAR the best place for Thai in this thai-blessed town. Amazing seafood dishes, surpurb vegitarian dishes and just the right amount of spice! Completely reasonable prices for the quality. Definitely try the Tofu-Satay, the Curries, the Makuer Karprow (Thai Eggplant), the Goong Prig Khing (Prawn and Green Beans), or the Pad Spinach (oh man.. i'm drooling thinking about it). A word of advice, it's better to eat in than to have it delivered (even though it's free delivery) - Thai food just doesn't do good in styrofoam... but then again, what does?

Totally Worth It.
The food was as fine as I've had in a long time and the service was great. The prices were more than fair and what it lacked in ambience it more than made up for in quality. I will definately eat there again and again.
