Best Kung Fu and Tai Chi School in San Francisco!

It's not everyday you get to learn from a real living master! That's what you'll get at this school!!! Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong is the President and Founder of the Plum Blossom Federation that has over 200 schools Worldwide and over 30,000 students.... the best part is, THIS school in SF is the headquarters! This is his school!

Sifu Jason Wong and his staff of certified instructors (some have been in the school since 1975!!!) make sure that you effectively learn traditional Choy Li Fut Kung Fu and Yang Tai Chi!!! You learn the art, the self defense applications, punches, kicks, jointlocks, grappling... they have sparring and push hands so you can test your technique! They also have assistants that will help out so you will always get one on one attention. The staff keeps class fun and exciting!!!

Seriously, you get to train with a living master! Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong!!!

Healing & Martial Arts

I have lived all over the world and this is by far the most well rounded school & martial art system I have ever found! If you are fortunate enough live in SF and attend that school you are blessed as it is the headquarter school of the international federation. It is as close to the source as you can get! In addition to Grand Master Doc Fai Wong is of the best acupuncturists I have ever seen and I can move again pain free! This school is the place to be!

The real deal when it comes to kung fu

I highly recommend anyone who is genuinely interested in martial arts culture. There are great instructors for kids to teens to adults. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful there. Check em out!!
