Sunset / Parkside Gem. I've been eating here since 1998, and have greatly enjoyed many of the items on the menu. My particular favorite is the Singapore Vermacelli, which has a distinctive light spicy curry flavor to it. The soups are quite tasty as well. The staff have always been the best - curteous, helpful, and very quick service.

A decent Hong Kong style seafood rst.. Other than Koi Palace and Harborview Seafood Restaurant in SF, Riverside should be counted as the most authentic and reasonably priced Hong Kong style seafood cuisine. Seafood is fresh and it's made to order. Some of the dessert items are great as well. Parking on the street is not too difficult to find. This restaurant is a must try.

The most authentic HK style food in SF. This is probably the only restaurant in the bay area that you can truly get authentic Hong Kong style seafood. (besides Koi Palace in Daly City) It was said that Koi Palace is the best HK style restaurant in the bay area. And Riverside is the best HK style restaurant in Sunset area. People who are not from Hong Kong may not recognize the difference in terms of the taste. Personally, I think this restaurant is one of the most underrated HK style restaurant in the bay area. Got to try the one of kind shark's fin soup and geoduck clam sashimi.
