Rating was misleading. I relied on this rating and visited the place. At first, thought I must have remember the wrong address. This is totally not the 'white horse' restaurant I expected. It's small, like food stand more than a restaurant. Only 4 or 5 tables, and dirty. Since I walked in, thought I would give it try. Dim sum is not good, services like a fast food stand. Totally don't recommend it.
