What a treat!. I am new to the area, so I called in somewhat blind to make an appointment at Natural Wonder, solely based on geographical proximity and the one other review that was posted here on Citysearch. I had a wonderful experience.

Yes, the esthetician, Anna, did "sell up" the treatments, recommending a higher-priced treatment. But she applied no pressure, just recommended, and I took her up on the collagen ultrasound facial.

I have had many facial treatments during the course of my longish life - at fancy spas, on cruise ships, on vacation, and once monthly at my regular home spa. This was truly the nicest I have ever experienced. I have never had such a complete facial, neck, back and shoulder massage as part of a facial. She explained each step of the process.

My hands also received much attention - lotion, a stay inside heated gloves, and a massage.

I left in a very positive, relaxed frame of mind, with squeaky clean skin and hairless arms.

The facility is clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is new and in good working order. The staff seems competent and friendly. They have packages that end up being economically sound if you are to be a repeat customer, as I certainly will be.

Note: Make an appointment. They are busy. They are closed on Mondays, and the ONE manicurist is also off on Wednesdays.

Nice staff, reasonable prices. I've tried facials that range from $35 to $95 and this place was the best so far. The staff is nice and tries to accomodate. Appointments are recommended because they can be busy. Great location and parking is available. I did however feel pressured to buy their products and service package but they are only looking out for their clients. Best of all, they are sanitary and very clean.
