Cassidy changed my body! – I highly recommend Cassidy at the body gallery. In the past year while working with her I have a whole new awareness of my body and abs! Overall my strength and flexibility are improved and I no longer have back pain. If your looking for a caring, attentive, experienced pilates trainer you won't be dissapointed with her.
The Body Gallery gets your body into shape without being out of breath! – The Body Gallery is a nice cozy place; where trainers are really focus on helping you identify parts of your body that need more help which will ultimately sculpt your body into shape. I love my trainer, she adapts every session to the current condition of my body. Last week, I was riddled with anxiety causing my muscles to tighten, creating aches and pains all over. She stretched me in places I didn't think muscles could extend that far but minutes later, I could feel the tension in my body release. I left feeling more in shape, happier and maybe even a bit taller. I have become a fan of Pilates because of my trainer at The Body Gallery, who has taught me that it doesn't just keep your body healthy but also your mind. I highly recommend this place and ask for CASSIDY!
great for all skill levels – i started going to the body gallery when i had no pilates experience at all. My trainer was encouraging and patient and very attentive to my body and its needs. Not only is the body gallery a great place to workout and fine tune your body, it is a great release and relaxation for your mind as well. You can literally work your body from the inside out and develop your core muscles. The trainers at the body gallery also explain to you what muslces are working and why and how those muscles affect simple everyday things that most people take for granted. The one on one training is AWESOME and it really teaches you how to do pilates the RIGHT way, instead of being stuck in a class and getting no personal attention. Love it!!
A real find – I highly recommend The Body Gallery. I've been a client there for over 6 years, and have never once felt tempted to go anywhere else. As someone who was never a dedicated exerciser in the past, I got drawn in by how much I enjoyed their program, began to go regularly, and I continue to look forward to every session years later. I have gotten in the best physical shape of my life thanks to my instructors there. They are excellent - very knowledgeable about pilates and how the body works, and also really fun to work with. Plus the sunny studio is very intimate and relaxing - only a few people can work out at a time, and there's always a warm, calm, friendly feeling there. Very down-to-earth and personal, but incredibly professional at the same time.
Overall, I can't say enough great things about The Body Gallery - it's a wonderful place to discover pilates as a beginner AND to challenge yourself if you're more advanced. In my opinion, they are a true "find" in a city full of larger, more "health-club" type options.
