I went to Perfect Cleaners after hearing good things about them. The lady behind the counter was super friendly just like everyone said she would be, but when I got my 2 shirts back, I couldn't believe what happened. I had brought in a white shirt I had worn only one time. It wasn't even dirty, I just wanted it cleaned so it would be nicely pressed and get the wrinkles out. When I got it back, it had dirt all over the collar and the back of the collar looked like it had been caught in some type of machine. It was so wrinkled that I can't believe they would give that to a customer. I noticed this as I was walking down the street so I turned around and took it back. When confronted about the dirt, the lady at the counter insulted me by saying it was sweat stains and that they can't be removed. She didn't say anything about why the collar was so damaged. First of all, I had only worn the shirt for about 1 hour and it wasn't dirty, secondly, the dirt was not even on the inside of the collar so it couldn't have been sweat stains. She then told me that people won't notice cause they shouldn't be looking at the collar that closely. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I just walked out and will NEVER go back to this place again.

Y really takes care of her customers! You get personalized service and your clothes don't even smell like they have been at the cleaners! Highly recommeneded! We have been going here for years.
