Love to live!!!!

Fillmore Marketplace Apartment is nice and safe place to live. I had lived there for long time until I moved out to my new home. I had good time. Let me start form parking space. As most of us know find parking place in San Francisco Street is too hard. In Fillmore Marketplace Apt. it is so easy. If you live by yourself, you will have one parking space per unit. But you don?t have to worry about it. Positively you get one on the street.

The Management was so nice and friendly. Particularly, Ms. Melina, the manager is well-mannered. She has an outstanding behave and brilliant performance. As I heard from someone who still lives there Ms. Melina is not longer managing that location. However, they told me the new manager is more similar with here . I hope she has great quality too.

In Fillmore Marketplace Apartment, you have on -time maintenance service. If you have any problem in you unit, just walk to the office fill out work order form or tell the problem to the clerk. You will get respond right on. One thing you should be aware in there? the assistant? or "clerk" who work in the office is kind of unprofessional or impolite approach for residents. He acts like bossy. If he still around in that office, don?t bother with that. It is just nothing. People have there one personality.

Another good thing, there is laundry room for all tenant. It is so clean and safe. To get in there, every tenant should have their access card. Also to use washer and dryer you should buy your own laundry card and fill that $5, $10, $20. It just looks like credit card or ATM card. You don?t have to collect $0.25 for laundry any more. That was the good things too.

Above all of these, you will be lucky if you get unit in this location. You will love it!!! You fill happy all the time!! I did when I used to live there. I felt that i live in my own home. If I didn?t get better place, I would still live there.
