Parking is validated. Small but fresh maki rolls. Cutesy Edo-style atmosphere.

Bad sushi ruined otherwise good value dinner. While the service is friendly and the price isn't outrageous, the food may be dangerous.

My order of "Kushi Bento" was passable. The included deep friend imitation crab skewer may be inventive, but unappetizing. Also, the salad included some dried out lettuce. However, the rest--unaji, boiled vegetables, fried zucchini, etc. were quite nice, especially considering the under $10 price tag.

The trouble is with the "Soba Special" (also under $10) my fiance ordered, however. The soba itself was only ok--somewhat better than home prepared ones using hastily chosen pre-made/instant ingredients. The included tempura was nice, though, according to her. The three piece nigiri? Well, my fiance had to eject the tuna sushi from her mouth after chewing on it--it simply wasn't sushi grade freshness.

The prices are decent, the services pleasant, and the portions more than sufficient for us--but the sushi was just too scary.

Definitely Recommend. I like this place. I've been there on a number of occassions & never had a bad experience. The food is basic, but good. The service is friendly. It's a good place to go for a well priced, simple Japanese meal.

Don't bother. This place sucks.. Bad service, not surly, just bad. We had to ask twice for tea and then we had to wait 10 minutes to get it while the restaurant was virtually empty. Half of our tables dishes came out first then after what seemed and eternity came the other half. The sushi was bland and tasteless. The noodle dish my friend had was gross with nasty fatty pieces of pork floating around in a greasy oily broth. I suspect that whoever reviewed this place for Citysearch is confusing it with someplace else that doesn't suck. The ambience is flourescent lights, and glaringly beige everything. Go to Isobune or Maki. Avoid this place at all costs.
