Editorial Review for Fish Bowl Bar & Grill – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
Large plate-glass windows at the entrance give this small pub a fish bowl-like quality. The aqua walls are also adorned accordingly--mermaids, surfboards and seashells. The crowd consists of Pac Heights' 20- and 30-somethings meeting for a few drinks. It's typically friendly and laid-back at happy hour, and crowded and loud on weekend nights. Crowd-pleasers like Al Green and the Stones fill the jukebox.

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I love the Fish Bowl, it is by far the best local watering hole in the city...I know that's a bold statement, but they have great music, friendly and attentive bartenders, drinks specials every night, great partons and an atmosphere that guarentees a good time! It can get a little crowded on weekends past 11, but that's because this is a kickass place to be!

Pros: service, jukebox, atmosphere

Cons: parking, can get crowded, one bathroom

This is an awesome locals bar that has a chill atmosphere and amazing people. The service is super duper with fun bartenders. Its not a sports bar, but it's awesome watching sportscenter there with the boys. I love hanging out at this bar and shooting the s%&* with the bartenders. Recommended 110%!

Pros: drinks, people, music
