Atrocious service. The stylists are variable, but mostly fine. The problem is with the reception and manager, who are unbelievably rude, condescending, and self-oriented (rather than customer-oriented). Even though the location is good, and the price is right, I intend to make every effort to avoid this place for the rest of my life.
