Sheila is great. I've been getting my hair cut by Sheila for years, and she's ended up here at Mylene's. It's a small, busy, funky place right on 24th St. I can't speak for any of the other stylists, but Sheila is a no-nonsense woman with a great sense of humor. Anyone can cut hair, but cutting hair so it looks good while you grow it out is a special skill indeed.
