Nightmare. This is the WORST mani/pedi place in the U.S. and I have had them in many many states. The pedicure was 10 minutes as mentioned by another reviewer and the polish didn't even last a week. I decided to add on a manicure and the woman that did the manicure went straight from doing my neighbor's leg massage, to "cleaning" the equipment, to my hands wearing the same disposable glove (on only one hand) that appeared to have been used all day if not longer. I was in such shock I didn't say anything and am still kicking myself for not pointing it out. GROSS!!! This place needs to be shut down. It is no wonder there is hardly anyone ever in there.

What a disappointment. My husband went in for a pedicure and I for a mani/pedi. His pedicure was done in about 10 minutes and my mani/pedi in about 15 minutes. Unbelievable. My heels went untouched and my polish had chipped the next day. One thing I did notice is that if you were a regular customer you were treated like a princess or prince. If your not, they use the old "get 'em in, get 'em out" method.

Bad Customer Service. I went to this nail spa on a relatively quiet day for a mani/pedi. The manicurist immediately started filing my nails down to a square shape, and complained when I asked her to make them oval. Then an attendant at the next station repeated her complaint, as if it were my fault. She changed the shape of the nail, but left a lot of residue under the nail making for a ragged, messy edge. Throughout the rest of the brief, uncomfortable experience she seemed annoyed that I had even patronized the shop. Her final complaint was that my tip wasn't big enough. I left feeling ripped off and very unrelaxed.

Not Recommended. My friend and I went in for a pedicure and was done in less than 20 minutes. The service was average, our heels were untouch, no top coat was apply, and the finish of the nail polish was not smooth or well done. Charming neighborhood but surprise with the services provided by this establishment.
