Finally, authentic Thai Food!

Wow, after years of searching, I finally found Thai food close to what you would find on the islands of Koh Samui or Koh Phangan. The atmosphere is mild, the furnishings are nothing to write home about, but if you're looking for authentic Thai food, this is it!

(Beware people writing bad reviews and claiming to be cookbook authors. How pathetic is that?)

Don't bother

The food is not worth a walk down the street, much less a Muni ride. The service is no better. I know about Thai food because a few years ago I wrote a best selling Thai cookbook in collaboration with a Thai chef. The food at Kung Phoa bears no resemblance to authentic Thai food.

• Cons: Poor food
