This quaint, family-owned restaurant is nestled in the heart of Noe Valley and serves up classic Thai cuisine.. This dimly lit restaurant is decorated in dark hard wood and Thai accoutrements, leading to a quiet and relaxing dining atmosphere. The lengthy menu features selections for omnivores and vegetarians alike--staff are happy to make recommendations if you're looking to try something new. An appetizer highlight is the "binsaree" wings: boneless chicken stuffed with silver noodles, pork, shrimp and mushrooms, topped with sweet and sour sauce. For the lighter eater, the chili-lime hot beef salad is a killer choice. Entrees range from curry noodles to chicken satay to sweet and sour barbequed pork. Be sure to check out the bottom of the menu, where the chef will make suggestions for the night.

Good, solid Thai food at reasonable prices. Not sure what went downhill (previous review), but I cannot imagine it being any better. Very friendly service from a Thai family. As a group of seven they allowed us to sit in a room by ourselves. Yummy food, reasonable prices. Very nice place, I will return.

Has gone downhill. I moved to Swatdee's neighborhood 2 years ago and really enjoyed the freshly made, nicely seasoned food. The quality of the food has declined so much that I can't believe it's the same restaurant. I wonder if the place has changed hands. So sad.

Great food and great service. My friend and I happened to go there on our way home not expecting anything. Turned out, the service was superb, food was great, and yet it was so inexpensive. We've ordered noodle with shrimp, and green curry with seafood. Including Thai iced tea and coffee, it was below $20. They also deliver in closeby neighborhood for $15 or more orders.

Since the place is off 24th shopping areas, it's never crowded, plus they have plenty seats inside. Recommended.

a gem. My gf and I have been here 3 times, and we've decided we have to come here at least once a week! The service is amazing--so attentive and friendly! The food is delicious and a great value, as well. You won't be treated better at any other Thai restaurant. My gripe is that it's sometimes too cold in the restaurant, but then I ask for their thai hot tea, which we also love!

Sweet Service Great Food. A neighborhood delight - although the decor is a little on the frumpy side, the service is second to none, the most gracious, polite and helpful people in San Francisco! Most dishes are superb especially the red curry chicken. They seem to use only perfect cuts of meat - no nasty fat and gristle to gag on.

Also they do great, fast delivery.

A real gem!
