In Short – With one of the most diverse menus to be found in the neighborhood, this festive restaurant serves everything from shish kebabs, tabouli and hummus to French toast, omelets and pancakes. Come for weekend brunch on the open-air patio (heat lamps available), or during the week for a hearty breakfast, lunch or dinner in the twinkle-light adorned dining room.

Editor's Tips

Don't risk your evening

by LoisT at Citysearch

Don't go here if you want to count on having a celebration. Made 7 person reservation two weeks in advance for daughter in law's birthday. Arrived and was placed at a table halfway into the kitchen. When we asked for a better table, they said the rest of the restaurant would be taken up by a big party arriving an hour later. Another excuse was that we had two girls 4 & 7 with us. We have eaten at a regular table there before with both girls... they clearly just cared about the big party.

We had a very tasty dinner at Tuba's on Guerrero, but it was hard not to feel rejected and the celebratory atmosphere of the evening was ruined.

Rude Service & Unprofessional

by cvdelros at Citysearch

I called to place a takeout order and noticed on their website that they offered a $29.95 deal for 2 entrees and a cold appetizer. When I called to ask about the offer, the person who took my order said "That's no longer valid. The website is old." After a few minutes, I called back again and explained that if the offer was posted on the website with no expiration date, they should honor the price. When I was denied again, I asked to cancel the order and was called "very unprofessional" by the person on the phone. I said they were the ones being "unprofessional" because they didn't hold true to what was advertised on their website...and then the person hung up on me.

I would recommend calling in for an order and ask if they honor that discount to get a glimpse of how you will probably be treated at the restaurant. Very rude.

GREAT PATIO, SERVICE AND FOOD! AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ANYONE WHO ENJOYS CASUAL DINING.

by johnbling at Citysearch

I absolutely LOVE this place. Neither the food or service has ever dissapointed. One of the things that keeps us coming back is the cozy outdoor patio, which on a sunny day could not be any more perfect. The staff is very kind and quick to serve... their frittatas and pancakes are wonderful.

I crave their salad weekly!!!

by patchan at Citysearch

Awesome food!! The sauce on their shwarma's are unlike any other mediteranean stores...absolutely delicious. The Fattoush Salad is my favorite with no oily salad dressing but with alot of add-in's that makes this salad a one of a kind. I need to have one every week.

  • Pros: delicious, not crowded (sometimes at brunch)

best early supper

by gregadams at Citysearch

The best place to go for an early evening meal. The menu offers a variety of kabobs , but I recomend just picking one of the names you can"t pronounce. You"ll be very pleased with having been adventureous. everything from salads and appitizers are really good. The mint tea is recomended as a drink with the meal but a choice of middle eastern beers are available.

  • Pros: fast service -nice atmosphere -vegetarian dishes- generous portions
  • Cons: parking after 7pm can be a problem
