Best Prices for Great Chees. I bought some Costello Blue, Vecherin for Fondue and Raclette. The prices here are much better than other cheese stores in the city and the service was excellent. They give you free samples, which is always fun.

Yes. Customer service is sorely lacking. I agree with what I see here. I was treated abruptly and rudely as well. I'll just get my cheese at Safeway, thank you.

Worst "customer service" ever. I'm not going back there. They are THE rudest people. Today, a woman acted annoyed that I even came in - since I was obviously interrupting her lunch. I just left when she wouldn't get up to help me. I've had enough abuse. I'd rather gice up cheese than go there again.

The big chalkboard behind the counter catalogs a dizzying array of options from Stilton to Camembert, while surrounding shelves display gourmet accompaniments for the store's chief product. Among the offerings are sausages, olives, pasta, candy, sauces and several kinds of pate. The truly adventurous head straight for the fondue sets.

Still cookin' after all these years!. Cosistently very, very good! Great food, friendly staff. I've lived in Noe for 20 years and keep rediscovering this place. Highly recommended. And the sign you see from the street says "Joe's"...

Chocolate Chip Pancakes!. Not only is the staff super gracious, but Joe's 24th Street Cafe has the most awesome chocolate chip pancakes! Great weekend brunch place.

Don't bother. Good customer service here is non-existent. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't hesitate to order and yet the cold response I received was enough to freeze over Hawaii. Ever heard of thank you or can I help you? There was absolutely no one else in the place when I was there so it's not like this preson was overwhelmed with customers. I'll never go back despite having quality products.

Breakfast and eats place. This a nice place to grab breakfast on the weekends. They have all the american favs mixed in with middle eastern specialties. Their fish and chips is spot on but I go for the gyro and fries all the time. The outside seating makes a nice place to people watch in Noe Valley.

Great cheese, great atmosphere.. A great respite from the fluorescent vastness of regular grocery stores, the 24th Street Cheese Co. has a great offering of cheeses, specialty gourmet items, breads, and salami. They let you taste before you buy, and they have impeccable taste themselves.

Best breakfast in Noe. Don't believe the hype on Chloe's, 24th St Cafe is by far the best breakfast place in Noe Valley.

Where Chloe's specializes in overly greasy eggs, 24th St has a good selection of very fresh foods and lovely fruit.

Only PlumpJack in the Marina has a finer breakfast.
