A cute, kitschy little cafe it has good food at a reasonable price. I stumbled across this place by sheer accident after getting lost in town, and I have to say it was worth it!

Cosistently very, very good! Great food, friendly staff. I've lived in Noe for 20 years and keep rediscovering this place. Highly recommended. And the sign you see from the street says "Joe's"...

Not only is the staff super gracious, but Joe's 24th Street Cafe has the most awesome chocolate chip pancakes! Great weekend brunch place.
