Citysearch Editorial Review. Seemingly everyone within a five block radius knows and loves this little produce market, whether for quality, organic fruit and veg, fresh-squeezed juices or home-style sandwiches, though it's the latter two that the real beauty of this place. The juices (orange, but also pear, strawberry- lemonade, watermelon, etc) are 100%, unsweetened and often organic fruit juice and cost just $2.50 for an ice cold 12-ounce bottle. Even better, the sandwiches (roast chicken or turkey, tuna, veggie options, on fresh seeded buns or sliced bread, mom-style) are also made fresh daily, cost between $2.50 and $4 and, being ready-made, are perfect if you're starving or popping by to grab bag lunches for a bag or a hike. Courtney's also has pastries, bagels with cream cheese and lox, bread, eggs, milk and other sundries, plus flowers and great fruit (the veg selection is kind of meager). Cheap, healthy, and convenient, Courtney's the kind of place every neighborhood should have.

Courtney's has a lot to offer.. Courtney's has a lot to offer. Really fresh produce and great selection of organics too. Nice flowers as a gift or for your kitchen table. Really good selection of sandwiches at very inexpensive prices. Service can come down to a grunt sometimes, hence the 4 star.

everything under $20!. Great sandwiches, very cheap in price. Really health conscious food. Good selection of flowers for your significant other too. All this and out the door for everything under $20!

Editorial Review. Small, corner supermarket sells local Castro residents fresh produce, flowers, cheese and infamous sandwiches for very reasonable prices.
