The extensive product line uses natural ingredients to combat beauty problems; tea tree oil concoctions alleviate oily skin while hemp oil products nurture dry skin. Popular items include Peppermint Foot Lotion and Body Butter in avocado, nut and mango varieties. Twenty-five perfumed oils can be added to products, from shower gels to massage lotions.

well informed staff. I was walking down Castro street to get a birthday present for a friend at another skin care shop when I was enticed by a deliscious smell coming out of The Body Shop. I walked in and was amazed that the tea tree oil that I have been searching for myself was there in many forms. I love skin care products and could'nt believe the selection. They also give back to the community which is great. The staff really knows the products in the store and what is new. I observed people coming in that the sales staff new and remembered what they like and would like to be turned on to. That is a big plus. I own a flower shop in the city and I know how important customer service is. I'll be back. Oh yeah I did also buy that birthday present and she loved it!
