Five stars BS !!!!!. Please beware of this BIG SCAM!!!!!!. If you park your car and don't leave the garage before 10PM, you are in for a big surprise!!!. What usually happens is most people park and go have a good time nearby to the Punch Line or see a movie or dine, and don't realize that the garage doors will be CLOSED by the time they are done. Closed doors with a number you can call and an extremely RUDE janitor "on wheels" will show up and tell you "THE RULES" ...with his horrible attitude. It don't matter how many people are waiting to get their car out, it will be $50 PER CAR to "open the doors again". They won't get my business ever again, and I will make sure that their BAD SERVICE and attitude is well known around the city. What a disgusting way to run a business! So, please, remember to stay away! Go park a block away at Embarcadero 1, You might pay more or not, but you will be a happy parker. I know I will!

Great rates. Great garage and good prices. I started parking here a couple months ago when I heard the bridge toll was going sky high. I had to find a way to save money and these guys did it for me!.

Their EB Special is $20 if your in before 10AM and out by 7PM. If your a regular parker stop in to the office and ask Vicki (I think was her name) about the debit program. Its their version of a frequent parker program that guarantees you access to the garage, gets you access to the best stalls, and lets you avoid all the exit lines. All the while your still only paying $20 a day!

This may seem like a lot but I commute in 4 days a week and I had been paying $27 a day for my monthly parking at the Embarcadero Center. This is saving me $1,500 per year completely off-setting the bridge toll hike thats costing me $400 per year.
