RIP OFF...RIP OFF...WARNING...DO NOT USE THEM!. I would give them less than a star if I could. This place steals from people and totally rips them off. This company has thieves working for them and they don't seem to mind since it is always your word agains theirs. I had Marcus, a battery technician come to "HELP" me for a dead battery and he told me, without even trying to jump start it, that my batter on my BRAND NEW car wasn't any good. Showed me this test, that test and look here and there and said see, "YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY". After 20 minutes of "testing" my bad battery, I said well since I can't leave the car here, I guess I'll have to get it. He said, yes it wouldn't even take a jump. Sold me a battery for $125.93, happily took a $10 tip and was on his way. When I tried to get reimbursed from the dealer, they said, sure give us a copy of the report stating your battery was bad and we will reimburse you. I called AAA - (who don't seem to care that they outsource to a cheating company) and they sent me directly to Bill Wrens. After 25 days of waiting for the report Eric from Bill Wrens called me and said he had located the test from my batter and it stated that the battery was GOOD!!!!!!!! Now the dealer won't reimburse me, and Bill Wrens can only reimburse me if I give them the battery back~!! I asked for my original battery and, just my luck, they had already disposed of that one. So for me to get my money back I would have to give them the battery back and have exactly WHAT in my car. Criminal actions by these people and they don't care if they take money. This is an outrage and I can't explain how upset I am.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!. This company is completely unethical, if not criminal, in its actions. I was in a car accident and called AAA for a tow truck. They dispatched BILL WREN'S TOWING. By the time the time the Bill Wren's tow truck arrived, I had made arrangements to take my car to the mechanic I always use. The tow truck driver took me aside, out of the hearing of the police, and told me that instead of doing what I wanted, what I should do is allow him to take my car to Bill Wren's impound lot and have the insurance adjuster go there. WELL, turns out that the charges for doing that were $600!!! AND when I went to clean out my car, they treated me like I was a criminal, tried to prevent me from getting to my car, stood over me the entire time, and wrote down what I took out. It is a terrible, terrible operation. Avoid it at all costs!

AVOID!! THIS COMPANY STOLE FROM ME!!!. I got into an accident in SF and while I was being carted away to the hospital, someone at this towing company or their garage STOLE the GPS out of my car (no one else had access to the car.) They are AAA contacted. AAA does not seem to care that they are the sketchiest people ever.

Worst Towing Company EVER!!. The dispatcher was the only decent part of the experience as he gave me the least trouble. A man by the name of Erich came to "help" us and was one of the rudest, crankiest, most ill-mannered old men that I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. I have no intention of ever returning and hope to give everyone advance warning to take your business ANYWHERE else but here. Please, take my advice and pass it onto anyone who may find it useful. NEVER come here. Not even for an emergency.

Horrible Experience --- will never use again. I waited an hour and 40 minutes in the rain for a tow truck that never showed. Every time I called, the guy answering the phone said "10 minutes." They were suppose to show up in 30 minutes, instead the driver still hadn't made it an hour and 40 minutes later! Finally, it was revealed the driver drove to the "wrong city" even though I was located in San Francisco!!! Horrible customer service, and I will never call them again.
