I took my truck to have the exterior detailed. I selected the Polished and Wax. They state full service, carwash, clean and conditions the paint, remove heavy oxidation, polished the car, apply a coat of wax by hand. I asked the manager to make sure they clean the door jams and the cargo door jams. They called and said it was ready. I asked the manager to double check and make sure they did what I requested. He said it’s completed. I came to pick the truck. The door jams were still dirty with dirt and dust. I also checked the roof and this was clayed as promised. Very rough and unpolished. I also noticed the wheels where still dirty. I suspect they did not even wash the car. I asked why was the roof not done? They said it was done. A complete lie in my face. Of course, I didn’t pay and drove off. Conclusion: They have different people working there every day. In and out. There is no consistency with quality of work. Next time I will take it to someone that owns there own business rather then a “day worker’s” carwash.

I took my car to Auto City after a visit to a shop were the guys got motor oil stains over the light colored interior of my car. Auto City was able to remove the stains and my car looks great. I asked for the Complete Interior Detailing ($124) and couldn't be happier with the results - a really good deal with awsome service.
