Conartists. They will charge you double or more. Terrible!!! They will over charge you beyond reasonable amounts. I recently thought I would send a FedEx envelope to Japan from here. They charged me $80 in cash. I checked into it and FedEx only charges $47.86. I was beyond upset. I felt like this was a ridiculous mark-up.

I demanded a refund and they gave me 75% or $60 back. Please don't support this business!

To me they are GREAT!. Have a box with them for over 6 years and find them always helpful and friendly.

Would not change my address for any reason!

Works for me because of location, but service is only adequate.. The location makes this place work for me.

The other reviews echo my experience. Sometimes the male owner is cold, and unhelpful, but on the other side they were good when I had a couple packages that were large.

Also about the hours, if u are gonna complain about the postal hours, complain to the President and the Congress, they made the law that postal contract stations like this one have to close at 5 pm from doing postal business.

I wish someplace better would open, but for now, they are the best choice within walking distance

friendly, great service. I've had a mail box here for a couple of years, and I've been very happy with the service.

I get some large boxes, and they never have complained even if I don't get around to picking them up for a couple of days. I find them friendly and helpful.

Some people have complained about the hours. It is true that they stop accepting U.S. Postal business at 5pm and they close at 6pm, so some people get frustrated during that hour. But once you know that they stop at 5, it's just something to remember, no big deal.

Consistently cold and unhelpful, bad hours. I'm done with these people. The owners have never been the slightest bit friendly to me despite me having patronized them for several years. They never offer suggestions on ways to minimize shipping. I've had to ask about each specific method and then decide. Why not be a tiny bit helpful? The last straw, the male owner nearly refused service to me because I had my assistance dog with me. I explained quietly that it's the law that he has to accept a service dog in his establishment and he proceeded to yell at me about how it's his business and he can do what he wants to.... congratulations buddy, you've gotten your wish of getting me to go somewhere else.

Worst hours imaginable. I've had a postal box at this place for the past year and i've only been able to check my mail about 5 times. I would not have purchased a box at this location had i known their hours were so horrible. they close at 6:00 on the weekdays, which is a bit frustrating, especially if you have any sort of commute for work. They are only open 4 hours on Saturday, and that is only if they feel like showing up. They say they are closed only on the last Sat. of the month, but quite often, they are closed for whatever reason they see fit. This week, I was expecting an important package, so I called on friday to make sure they would be open. I was assured they would be. Guess what they're not open.

So convenient. I've had a mailbox here for a few years, and I find them friendly and convenient. I get packages here and don't have to be home to sign for them, and when I need to send something, there's hardly ever a line.

It is true that they stop U.S. Postal services at 5pm. If you arrive after 5, they won't accept letters or sell stamps. But I understand that has to do with Postal regulations. For some reason, the USPS doesn't want them to provide services after 5pm, and if they find out that the rule is being broken they could remove the store's authorization, etc.

So if you can make it before 5pm, the Mail Carrier is a pleasant and smooth experience. After 5, go to the post office!

great postal service!. This is a great place! First of all - how many post offices do you know where you can come in and out in 5 minutes! There is usually no queue there and they don't charge any additional fee for mailing like agencies in the city. Victor , who manages the place is a very nice guy. I find him extremely friendly and helpfull as well as all his workers.

Highly recommended!

what's really going on here?. I live next door to this place, and our whole household believes there's something amiss with the mail carrier, etc. Not only are you more likely to post a letter at the adjacent grocery store, but there's not a drop of kindness to be had in the store. Today was the last straw, though. I rush in 5 minutes past five, the lights are on, the doors are open, and there's two people milling around talking. I've had a long day, and all i ask for is one measly little stamp, and the guy tells me to walk 5 blocks in the rain to the post office.

Now that i think of it, last time i was there during regular business hours and i still couldn't get a stamp. What kind of mail store doesn't have stamps?
