Kool place, go for it latinas!. the team of Ruth's are very sweet women. all speak spanish and english. you can get fair prices, not too expensive, for haircuts, coloring, perms, i've had everything done. never had a problem, i've been going to them since 1985, my hair never fell off or was burned. love it!
