very rude if there is any problem

Had them clean 10 rugs and send one of the cleaned rugs to my sister in NYC. All seemed well, the rugs were delivered in March. Mike, the owner. was supposed to mail one of the rugs to my sister in Brooklyn. A very nice rug given to her from my grandfather... In May I call him and tell him she hasn't received it. "Oh, yeah, I'll get that right out." In June I call him to tell him she hasn't received it. "I sent that out a couple weeks ago. I'll get back to you." Another week passes, no word. "Yeah, I just got to check my truck for the paper with the tracking number." Now I start calling daily. "I'll get back to you." Finally he becomes completely rude and condescending saying I'm cackling at him and wasting his time! I told another family member about the call. She calls 6 days later. He apparently is incredibly rude to her- hanging up on her multiple times after telling her the rug was delivered to the Wrong address, Wrong Name, WHAT!?!??! He seems to think we should have to get it back from this stranger he sent it to!?!??!
- Pros: the other rugs are clean
- Cons: he lost one rug and wont do anything about it
