The worst service in town!. A quick recommendation - stay away from this place!

I guess I was too happy to see a service close to my place which had a service of pickup and drop at home, plus also took care of ironing clothes. BIG MISTAKE.

I was supposed to leave for Denmark for business on Sunday - needed shirts to be washed and ironed. So i went to check if it was possible - I was told that sure it was easy. I gave my address and waited at home that afternoon. No one showed up. In the meanwhile, my flight got postponed to Tue, so I called again on Sunday - i was told they got busy and wud pick up sunday and return Monday morning. No one showed up. Monday morning someone showed up at 11 am to pick up, and promised delivery by late afternoon. When I checked at 6 pm, i was told that the car was n not available, and I should get clother first thing next morning. Even next morning, no one showed up - when I called (no one takes calls and u need to try 5 times to get a call thru), I was told i will get clothes in 10 mins. I waited, after 1.5 hrs called again and was told it wud take an hour or so more. No one showed up ALL DAY. My flight got cancelled again (no, not due to laundry :) ), so I was in no mess, but i was staying home waiting all day!

FINALLY my dear shirts arrived at 2pm on wednesday, and the woman delivering was not at all apologetic, and when I pointed out the delay, she rudely pointed out that she needed to send it to laundry (which i never ever asked for!). The bill was highly inflated, with $8 gas charge on top of the fact that pickup charges are charged per shirt. Then we had problems with change, I was $2 short on a $50 bill (which should have been $30), and she had no change - she insisted I walk to the store and get change.

I was just disgusted by the whole experience. I normally do not care about giving a few extra dollars, but no to this woman.

I cant believe i had to go through all this for getting my shirts washed!
