Rude, Overpriced, Why bother?. Don't trust these guys, they will lie just to get your money. On top of that they are rude and sarcastic. Take your business elsewhere.

Best photo equipment rentals. I've been renting all sorts of equipment from Calumet. Those rental guys are super when it comes to recommending type of equipment to use for a particular shoot. Justin is THE MAN to look for....very accomodating and knowledgeable.

Beware of PHOTO SNOBS!!!. I needed some slide film for an art project and I didn?t need the highest quality film stock to achieve what I wanted. I went into Calumet and went straight to the film counter. This large man asked what I needed and I told him Fuji Sensia. He then asked his coworker who was in a rush to talk to some girl outside and play with her dog if he?s heard of it. He then looked and me, chuckled, and said that they do not carry Sensia at that store, and that type of film is what is sold at liquor stores. I apologized for upsetting him. The larger man behind the counter then started to chuckle and use a sarcastic type of tone when I asked him what type of slide film the DID have. He let me know. I asked him if they sell them in bulk because I?m working on a project, and he said no, but that I could buy as many as I wanted as if I didn?t realize I could buy more than one! I?m never going back again.

The man I spoke to was a large (I wanna say fat?) man who looked like the co-star on My Name is Earl. The other was a little guy who had black rim glasses and a hat (not the baseball kind, but the old school kind). I am DONE with Calumet; I?m never going back to see the Fat Man and Midget boy again.
